The View's last remaining original co-host isn't going anywhere.

Despite reports that she will be retiring this year, Joy Behar has signed a three-year deal with ABC to remain on The View through 2025.

Rumors have long circulated that Behar will retire at the end of this season, which ends in early August, ahead of her 80th birthday in October. The longtime co-host even said as much to Ramin Setoodeh, author of "Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of 'The View,'" in 2020, explaining she would likely not re-up her contract when it expired this year.

"I don't see myself staying for more. That's it! I could be wrong. If I'm as fabulous in [2022] as I am now, I'll think about," she said at the time. "But the chances of that happening... You know, time marches on. I'm not a kid."

However, a representative for Behar now tells the New York Post that rumors of her retirement are "fake news" given the contract extension.

Behar's representative declined to offer specifics about the deal, but the co-host was reportedly paid $7 million per year as part of her previous three-year contract.

Behar is currently one of four full-time co-hosts on The View. She's joined by moderator Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, and Sunny Hostin, with Ana Navarro filling in as a guest co-host on Fridays (when Behar steps in as moderator) and as-needed during the week.

The ABC daytime show is still searching for a conservative to fill the seat left vacant by Meghan McCain last summer, but a few frontrunners have emerged, including Alyssa Farah Griffin and Lindsey Granger, both of whom have traded barbs with Behar in recent weeks.

The View airs weekdays at 11:00 AM ET on ABC.
