The July 15, 2025, episode of General Hospital unfolds with a tense meeting in the Quartermaine sunroom, where Tracy invites Nina for tea. Nina is suspicious, as the two are not friends. Tracy gets straight to the point. She wants Nina to use her media influence to support Measure C and help push Sonny out of town.
Nina initially refuses, arguing Sonny is a good man, but Tracy counters that Sonny is dangerous to those close to him. To pressure her, Tracy threatens to reveal Nina’s past affair with Drew to Willow, citing evidence obtained by a private investigator. Nina reluctantly agrees, warning Tracy she will not forget this betrayal.
At the hospital, Michael and Sasha run into Willow. Willow tries to ask about her kids, but Michael rebukes her, blaming her for Wiley’s distress. He informs her that he has had the court reschedule the visitation hearing, delaying it for another three months.

Later, Jason finds the guard injured but insists Marco remains secured. At the church, Sonny confronts Sidwell, demanding he pull funding from Measure C and stop the campaign against him and Laura.
Sidwell tries to deflect blame, but Sonny warns him to act or risk losing his son. Meanwhile, Lucas begs Jason and Sonny to release Marco, but they remain firm. Sidwell, left alone, finally turns to Lucas and asks for help.
By the end of the episode, Marco is tied and gagged, while Sasha and Daisy encounter Nina again at the Quartermaine kitchen. Drew comforts a distraught Willow at the hospital, assuring her they will soon get custody of the children.
