Chris Redd and Mikey Day are Every Woman's Nightmare in Cut SNL Sketch

  • Zoë Kravitz's episode of Saturday Night Live was so strong that producers had to cut a sharply-written sketch starring Chris Redd and Mikey Day as men struggling to flirt with women (Kravitz and Ego Nwodim) at a gas station. As any woman who's ever been bothered in public knows, Redd and Day's interruption is unwelcome, at best, and threatening, at worst, and their behavior only escalates as the women point out their many flaws.

Though the pre-taped sketch was ultimately cut from the live show, it was praised on Twitter and YouTube, where viewers joked that it's not comedy, but "documentary."

Saturday Night Live is expected to take a few weeks off before returning in April.
