Another video taken from the Utah Valley University (UVU) campus following the death of Charlie Kirk surfaced on X on Thursday evening, September 11.
After Charlie Kirk was taken away by paramedics, a man looted the stand to collect souvenirs of his death before police could even canvas the crime scene. Absolutely despicable. This is what you’re dealing with. pic.twitter.com/rF3hrG1Mfy

It features a man looting the stands from Kirk's American Comeback Tour set up at the campus. The caption of the video claims the intent behind the alleged looting was that of collecting souvenirs.
The looting seems to have taken place before the campus was sealed off as a crime scene. There has been no news of the person behind the looting being caught as of now. Kirk's shooter also continues to stay at large, despite the ongoing manhunt to find him.
For the unversed, the Conservative activist was conducting a Q&A session with the audience gathered at the UVU campus on Wednesday when a bullet hit his neck, injuring him severely.
Kirk was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for urgent treatment, where he passed away later on the same day.
The update on Charlie Kirk's condition first came from Donald Trump on Wednesday, who wrote a tributary post to the podcaster on his Truth Social handle. Trump's post read:
"The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie."
The president further wrote about Kirk, who was one of his strongest supporters:
"He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife, Erika and family. Charlie, we love you!"
Thirteen years ago, when Charlie Kirk was just 18, he founded Turning Point USA, which went on to become one of the country's most powerful political action groups for Conservatives. The New York Times reports that Kirk also spoke at the Republican National Convention as a guest speaker.
The father-of-two had also published multiple books in his lifetime - Time for a Turning Point (2016), The MAGA Doctrine (2020), Campus Battlefield (2018), Right Wing Revolution (2024), and The College Scam (2022).
The video of looting at the UVU campus surfaces on the internet as a vigil is being held for Charlie Kirk at the Utah Capitol on Thursday (September 11). Pastor Ron Williams, who is hosting the vigil, described Kirk as a man "full of passion" and love for his family and country.
In his opening prayer, the pastor said:
"Let us as fellow Americans realize that what happened today may not be the last time that we need to speak up, we need to stand up, we need to move forward and say no to violence and yes to love and unity and justice."
Charlie Kirk is survived by his wife, Erika Frantzve Kirk, and two children.
