The Summer I Turned Pretty Trailer Previews a Teenage Love Triangle

The Amazon series is based on a YA novel from the author of To All the Boys I've Loved Before.
  • Who doesn't love a summer romance? Amazon Prime Video's The Summer I Turned Pretty promises romantic beach vibes and a dramatic teenage love triangle ideal for summer viewing.

Based on a YA romance book of the same name by author Jenny Han (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before), The Summer I Turned Pretty is described as a multigenerational drama that showcases the enduring power of female friendship and a love triangle between Belly (Lola Tung) and two brothers, Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno).

The just-released trailer shows Belly and her family as they take their annual vacation to the beach with her mom's best friend and her two sons. The three have always been friendly, but everything changes when Conrad and Jeremiah begin to recognize that Belly is now a beautiful young woman. When Belly is given the chance to become a debutante, she is forced to choose between the boys as she navigates her family relationships, friendships, and summer adventures.

The Summer I Turned Pretty debuts June 15 on Prime Video.
