An Arizona-based high school recently created headlines after the math teachers were spotted wearing white T-shirts with blood on them. The outfit was believed to be mocking Charlie Kirk’s death in September this year, and the late political activist’s spokesperson, Andrew Kolvet, demanded that the teachers be fired.

The outfits were worn last week on October 31, 2025. However, the speculations ended when Andrew clarified that the same T-shirts were used by the teachers last year.

Meanwhile, netizens are unsatisfied with the fact that Charlie Kirk’s organization Turning Point USA and the producer of Kirk’s show, Blake Neff, have not apologized to the teachers for the controversy that emerged. As of this writing, TPUSA or Neff has not responded to the ongoing criticism.

A user was spotted sharing the screenshot of a post by Neff, who announced that he was removing the posts related to the teachers. Blake had even addressed the reasons why he found the use of the T-shirts inappropriate. The user addressed Blake’s statement and wrote:

“Not one of these a**holes who work for Kirk’s show and/or TPUSA apologized to the math teachers for their clickbait doxxing with zero proof. Neither did Mike Lee. Yet they are always telling everyone how Christian they are. Just talentless scum clinging to their gift.”

The replies did not stop, with a user saying that he expects the teachers to take some action against Charlie Kirk’s organization and everyone else who wrongly linked the T-shirts to the media personality.

“Yeah too late! The damge has been done and I hope the teachers sue these people into the ground for all the harm they to their careers and reps!”, @emrey35 wrote.

Another person claimed that everyone who works for Charlie Kirk cares about the response to their posts and ad revenue.

“Just like Charlie they only care about one thing, clicks and ad revenue”, @JohnnyVomits commented on X.

Some users even supported the criticism towards the teachers, with one of them saying that the outfits were inappropriate.

“You remain confused. Their outfits were offensive. They deserve no apology. Calling their outfits offensive is kind and Christian compared to adjectives that could be used to describe them. None of them should be teaching anyone”, @MrsH8b said.

One of the responses featured the user saying that the teachers have to ask for forgiveness from God.

“They only have to ask God for forgiveness”, @Selmatrixie stated.

Charlie Kirk’s spokesperson described the T-shirts as “weird” in the updated post

As mentioned, the snaps of the Halloween costumes initially went viral on social media. The teachers were allegedly threatened due to the controversy, with Vail School District Superintendent John Carruth claiming in a statement that the character of the teachers was questioned by a certain section.

While Carruth’s statement has been removed from social media, he stated that “personal attacks” won’t be accepted in any manner. According to Tucson.com, John also wrote in an email to the Vail district community that the teachers prioritize the children’s protection, and no one intends to bring harm to anyone. Carruth referred to the teachers by adding:

“They too are truly sorry that this has caused concerns. The shirts will not be worn again. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from this experience and ask for your grace as we do so.”

According to the pictures shared by Charlie Kirk’s spokesperson, the T-shirts featured the words “Problem Solved” on top, which led to speculations that they were mocking the podcast host’s death. Andrew Kolvet also claimed in his first post that the photos were sent by the parents who were concerned for their children.

The pictures were even shared through the official handle of the Vail School District on Facebook. While Kolvet later wrote on X that the teachers wore the same costumes in 2024, he said that he would be satisfied if the outfits were not an “example” of evil after Charlie Kirk’s death. He further stated:

“It’s a very weird costume for teachers in general, but after what happened to Charlie, I’m absolutely floored they wore it again. I do not believe for a second that all of them are innocent. Some probably are (and it’s for their sake that I’m updating this thread) but I believe others knew exactly what they were doing. The school district’s decision to remove the image immediately after posting shows that anyone with a brain knew how this would be seen.”

Kolvet mentioned in the end that everyone is keeping an eye on the activities since school teachers have been common when it comes to mocking Charlie Kirk’s death.
