Sarah Michelle Gellar got emotional when she watched Selma Blair compete on Dancing With the Stars last night.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, who has been close with Blair since the two starred in Cruel Intentions, was in the audience for Elvis Night to support her friend. Blair danced the Jive with partner Sasha Farber to "Jailhouse Rock", wowing the judges and audience members with a cartwheel and a split.

As Blair and Farber received praise from the judges and raked in 28/40 points, Gellar was visibly moved, crying as she applauded her old friend. Viewers reacted on Twitter, sharing their own emotional reaction to Blair's performance and Gellar's support.

Blair, 50, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018. She has been open about her struggles with the disease, and has called Gellar her "biggest supporter" through her journey with MS.

Dancing With the Stars streams Mondays at 8PM on Disney+.
