Changes are coming to The Ton. Hannah Dodd has been cast as Francesca Bridgerton, replacing Ruby Stokes in Bridgerton's third season. Stokes is leaving the hit drama to headline Lockwood & Co., another Netflix series.

Francesca is the third youngest Bridgerton sibling and the third daughter in the show's central family. Stokes' character appeared in two episodes of Season 1, during which she was said to be away learning piano with her Aunt Winnie in London, and three episodes of Season 2.

Dodd is no stranger to Netflix. She recently played young Sophie in Anatomy of a Scandal's flashback scenes and is set to appear in the upcoming Enola Holmes sequel. Dodd has also been featured in Eternals, Find Me in Paris, and Harlots.

Season 3 of Bridgerton will go into production this summer. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently streaming on Netflix.
