Bridgerton star Luke Newton recently went Instagram official with girlfriend Antonia Roumelioti. The 32-year-old actor took to his Instagram on Friday, May 9, to share snaps from an outing in London with Roumelioti.

One of the photos included Newton with his arms around the dancer, giving her a kiss while on a couch at the Dovetale restaurant during British Vogue and Netflix’s pre-BAFTA TV Awards party.

The post featured more photos of the actor taken during the evening, including him in the car heading to the venue. Newton and his Bridgerton co-star Nicola Coughlan (who plays Penelope Featherington) were nominated at the 2025 BAFTA TV Awards for the carriage scene in the Netflix show's third season.

Fans began speculating on Luke Newton and Antonia Roumelioti's romance in April 2024, according to People magazine. The pair was reportedly seen sunbathing at the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles.

Per the outline, around the same time, the dancer posted a photo taken at a local L.A. coffee shop on Instagram. The picture matched Polaroid photos seen in Newton's interview in InStyle (same shop with the same number on the table). It sparked rumors of the pair dating. However, neither star commented on their relationship.

A month later, the pair were spotted together during an afterparty for the show's midseason premiere held at 180 Strand in London. At the time, People magazine photographed the pair leaving the event together hand-in-hand. A few weeks later, paparazzi spotted Luke Newton and Roumelioti vacationing together in Sorrento, Italy. The couple was seen cuddling while out for a swim.

It is worth noting that Newton has kept his private life relatively out of the public eye. Friday's Instagram post marked the first time Antonia Roumelioti was featured on his socials.

Elaborating on the sentiment and his sudden fame post Bridgerton’s season three, Luke Newton told Women's Wear Daily (May 2024):

"I was finding it really overwhelming. I had a moment in Australia where I was like, ‘Oh no, I’m getting in a good place with this and starting to really enjoy it and not feeling too overwhelmed by it all.’ Then it was the premiere and I was like, ‘Oh no, I’m not at all.’"
