Married to Medicine season 12's episode 4 premiered earlier, and saw a huge conflict erupt during Dr. Eugene and Toya's housewarming party, where she kicked Heavenly and Mimi out.
The next episode, titled "Baggage Check," would take things further from where it was left off, where the main central point of discussion remains the chaos that happened at the party.
Episode 5 of Married to Medicine is scheduled to release on the first Sunday of the next year, on January 4, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
The next episode promo featured Toya Bush-Harris and Eugene addressing their fallout from the housewarming party; meanwhile, Brandi Milton had an honest conversation with Dr. Mimi Sanders and Angel Love Davis about family and relationships.
A sneak peek of Married to Medicine season 12, released by Bravo, revealed that episode 5 of the series picks up with Toya and Eugene trying to repair the emotional fallout from their housewarming party.
What starts as playful flirtation quickly turns into a serious heart-to-heart conversation.
The scene opens in their basement, where Eugene is sweetly trying to lure Toya down for some pool and homemade margaritas to make up for yesterday's fight. He says, "Honey. You want to come down to the basement? We could play pool. And I was making margaritas to make up from yesterday."
But Toya brushes it off at first, joking about needing a doctor's note since "we're about to play a game," and he pushes back, asking her to come down into the basement.
From there, the conversation turns serious fast as they tackle their conflict head-on. Eugene hates the tension, saying in a confessional,
"I don't like us having conflict. I'd like to resolve things quickly." Toya added, "I actually handle things head-on."
Eugene apologizes first, noting,
"One, I've been, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I want to say I'm sorry. I misjudged what that party meant for you. But I do feel like you need to take a little ownership with what you said in front of people who we don't even feel all the way safe with."
He calls out emasculating jokes from her friends while Toya fires back that he looked at her "like I was one of them" after she told him to "be a leader and lead the men," insisting, "I should be able to use words like be a leader, honey."
Eugene owns his part apologising and accepting what he should have avoided, saying,
"Playing too much. I should have left you alone. Because I do know that you need some space. I shouldn't have cursed. I shouldn't have let your friends get in my head."
They both admit faults. Toya says she was "being pushy" and shouldn't "respond when people pull me into a negative scenario," while promising more "words of affirmation" to Eugene since he is "working hard as hell and you be gone a lot."
The scene, as shown in the sneak peek of Married to Medicine season 12, shifts to family time when the kids of Dr. Mimi and Angel pop in to Brandi's house, introducing themselves: Heaven, Cody, Emery and Savannah.
Dr. Mimi shares the realities of parenting their son with special needs, Steve, adding,
"There's a lot of twists and turns of parenting a child with special needs. Like, right now, I don't have to look, I know that she's good. ... With my other baby boy, it's not possible."
Later, Brandi Milton opens up to Dr. Mimi Sanders and Angel Love Davis about her single mom life and dating woes. After 10 years of marriage, Mimi forms a bond with Brandi.
While Angel reflects on her life as a single mom looking to date someone who "ignites her softness," as she added in a confessional,
"Being a single mom is very hard. It does not come with a manual. ... I'm Heaven's and Savior's dad. I'm the mom and the daddy."
On asked about what she wants in a man, Angel goes into deep thinking and then talks about her last relationship, which was rough:
"My last situation. I was in a real weird place. I haven't had the best dating life. Like, I feel like I don't do good at picking."
The talk turns protective and gossipy, with Mimi deflecting, and then it all circles back to the housewarming party drama at Toya and Eugene's new place. Mimi recalls,
"At Toya's and Eugene's housewarming. There was some deflecting."
Toya claps back in a confessional: "Toya lives in Toya's world. ... Toya can be an energy vampire."
As the three of them discuss how Toya thinks someone may be hating her or saying things to affect her marriage, she begins to imagine things.
The scene in the sneak peek of Married to Medicine season 12 ends with shade as Mimi says, "Siri, please play Drew Sidora delulu."
