Kai Cenat addresses why he started distancing himself from Adin Ross after quashing feud rumors

Kai Cenat has opened up about distancing himself from fellow streamer Adin Ross. It all started when xQc reacted to a clip of the two streamers on July 13, 2025. He claimed that Kai Cenat was supposedly ignoring Adin Ross, and he wouldn't be able to handle it if he were in Adin's position.

On his live stream on July 16, 2025, Adin Ross reacted to xQc's stream and confirmed that he felt ignored by Kai Cenat. He went on to say that he no longer holds onto people, because he has "self-respect," and he lets people go if they don't want to support him during both good and bad times.

"I'm not gonna fake being buddy buddy. It has nothing to do with anything except the simple fact that I have self-respect for myself. And I know during dark times I've been there for people and if they don't wanna be there during my dark or even good times then f**k them," Adin Ross said.

On July 17, 2025, Kai Cenat addressed the situation on his live stream. He said that he has no beef with Adin Ross and called him a brother. However, he stated that Adin's manager, Taav, who is a white man, had allegedly called him the n-word multiple times last year during a call.

Cenat claimed the incident took place in October 2024, when Taav congratulated him for his commercials. Then he reportedly started mocking the streamer for doing a McDonald's commercial, allegedly calling him the N-word at 4 a.m.

Kai shared that he was upset with Taav, but he couldn't share it with Adin Ross at the time, as his birthday was approaching, and he didn't want to create drama between them. However, he stated that he later shared the incident with Adin. Kai also said that he stopped interacting with Adin because the streamer's community seemed to dislike him.

"On my phone calling me the N-word at 4 a.m. in a f**king morning. You are supposed to be a n***a manager, what's up with you? The n***a on my phone at 4 a.m. calling about a f**king McDonald's commercial saying n***a, 'Really a chicken big mac n***a?'" the streamer said.

Recently, Adin Ross talked about having fake friends, seemingly referring to Kai Cenat

On July 7, 2025, in a joint live stream, Adin Ross told xQc that when someone hangs out with "snakes and fakes," drama is inevitable. He told the popular streamer that he would never betray him, as they had gone through so much together.

"The problem with when you hang around with snakes and fakes is that it's inevitable that the drama breaks out and sh*t. So, you and I have done so much together, like, I'll never snake you, on god!" Ross said.

xQc agreed with the statement and said that he prefers sharing his disagreements, and he can be friends with people, even if they share different opinions. Although the two streamers did not take any names, their fans speculated that they were allegedly referring to Kai Cenat.

At the time of writing, Adin Ross has not responded to Kai Cenat's statements about his manager Taav.
