Shondaland Arrives on Netflix with Bridgerton Teaser

Shonda Rhimes begins her Netflix era with the salacious new period drama Bridgerton, based on the Julia Quinn novels.

This new teaser focuses on the Society Papers of Lady Whistledown (voiced by Julie Andrews), the anoymous scandal sheets published about London high society in the early 1800s, and all the juicy illicit behaviors that they reveal. As "The Social Season" nears, such indiscretions could most certainly be ruinous to the aspiring young people looking to secure a match.

Bridgerton premieres December 25 on Netflix.
