Seth Meyers and Sarah Silverman Roast Rudy Giuliani for 'Panhandling' on Cameo

  • Great minds think alike. Last night, both Seth Meyers and Sarah Silverman (filling in for Jimmy Kimmel as a guest host) roasted Rudy Giuliani for joining Cameo, where he's selling short personalized videos of himself for $275 a pop.

"The many weirdos who tried to help Donald Trump overthrow the election are in major legal and financial trouble," said Meyers at the top of Wednesday's "A Closer Look" segment about the financial woes of Trump's allies. The Late Night host cited a recent Daily Beast report claiming that Trump is refusing to help Rudy Giuliani pay his legal bills and has repeatedly ignored his personal attorney's pleas for help. "I guess Rudy's last cameo went so well he decided to give it another go," he said, as a photo of Giuliani's infamous Borat Subsequent Moviefilm appearance appeared on screen. "'For another 50 bucks, I'll tuck in my shirt!'"

"Sweet, sweet Rudy, he has no idea what he's in for," he continued. "Right now a prosecutor in the Southern District of New York is logging onto Cameo and asking Rudy to share the story of the time he went to Ukraine to dig up dirt on a political opponent to interfere in an American election."

"Rudy is charging $275 for a video, but if you just wait a while, he'll eventually butt-dial you for free," joked Meyers. "This guy, he was the personal lawyer to the President of the United States, and now he's basically panhandling in the same place you can get a 'Happy Bat Mitzvah' message from Jamie Farr."

Over on ABC, Sarah Silverman joked that a personal video from Giuliani isn't quite priceless. "Can you really put a price on a future convicted felon accidentally farting on camera for your niece's quinceañera?" she asked. "You can: it's $275! That's right, for the price of parking at Disneyland, you can get a message from the vampire who held a press conference next to a dildo store."

"This is maybe the saddest part: it says he responds within 10 hours," Silverman added. "His own prostate doesn't respond that fast."

Late Night with Seth Meyers airs weeknights at 12:35 AM ET on NBC. Sarah Silverman continues her guest hosting stint on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight at 11:35 PM ET on ABC.
