Kelly and Ryan Host Live as Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic

It's Halloween, so it's time for the daytime shows to have some fun, and Live was no exception.

Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest welcomed everyone to their annual Halloween episode dressed as Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic from Tiger King, and even pitched "Tiger King: The Musical" with help from Kristin Chenoweth.
