Trisha Paytas, the online personality who became known for their viral moments, has once again become the focus of attention, this time because of the arrival of their third child and a weird internet conspiracy theory.
Paytas and Hacmon welcomed their third child on July 12, 2025, a boy named Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon, after what the YouTuber said was a “surprising and traumatic birth.”
The couple, who are already parents to daughters 2-year-old Malibu Barbie and 12-month-old Elvis, dropped the good news via their Instagram Stories and in an upcoming podcast episode in which they teased the long-awaited name reveal.
Although the baby’s arrival was already causing quite a stir with Trisha Paytas’ significantly large online following, it’s actually the timing of the birth that’s got social media talking.

The speculation that is known as the “Trisha Paytas Baby Theory” first took off in 2022, after Queen Elizabeth II died just HOURS after Paytas went into labor with the birth of her firstborn, Malibu Barbie. With the uncanny timing of the royal birth, jokes online quickly circulated questioning whether the Queen’s soul had reincarnated itself into Paytas’s baby.
Ever since, the internet has followed the influencer’s pregnancies with close eyes, waiting for more pregnancies and death coincidences.
According to Elle, this time around, TikTok users speculated that US President Donald Trump would be the next high-profile name associated with a Paytas baby, especially after Trump’s chronic venous insufficiency made headlines.
However, those predictions didn’t materialize. Instead, the baby was born just as the legendary Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne died. This twist inspired another round of viral jokes and memes on social media, with people speculating that Paytas’s womb carries only famous souls.
Trisha Paytas has responded to the weird theory on their podcast, Just Trish. In a recent episode, they said:
"I don’t know how my womb is carrying all these souls."

Trisha Paytas is not new to controversy or virality. Since they started their YouTube channel in 2007, they have been a polarizing presence online, amassing millions of followers with confessional vlogs, mukbangs, self-released pop songs and stints on reality television like Celebrity Big Brother.
According to People, their controversial friendship with Ethan Klein on the Frenemies podcast, as well as claims of cultural appropriation, have kept them in the limelight for years.
Almost two decades later, Paytas remains a lasting internet figure, their private life still drawing intrigue. Their previous baby names, Malibu Barbie, Elvis, and now Aquaman, have also gained attention for their pop-culture references.
