New accusations have added another twist to the growing pile of claims against Sean Combs, also known as Diddy. A man known as John Doe, according to newly submitted legal documents, claims that, at one point, Diddy had stolen a shirt belonging to the late Notorious B.I.G., j*ked himself off in it, and tossed it on him, depositing semen on his lap and arm.
The suit claims that this was not a one-off incident but a part of many years of forced, humiliating s*xual activities that John Doe claims Diddy had been subjecting him to. The accuser says that not only was this form of contact degrading, but that it was connected with the power and influence of Diddy.
So, he thought he could not say no or get out. Diddy is in a litigious state with this current lawsuit, and with the current allegations, questions swirl as to the extent to which he sought to exert control and intimidate his associates within his close circle.
The civil suit claims that the patterns were not single incidents of this manipulation, but seemed to be an overall bias paired with the abuse of the power that Diddy supposedly had to claim over those around him.
According to the plaintiff, drugs, intimidation, and scenes of humiliation are just some of the means used to make the people around him compliant and remain silent, particularly in the privacy of his own residence, where he was seldom questioned.
Analysts and citizens are curious to know whether additional information will be revealed linking such allegations to a wider culture of misconduct in the shadows.
The lawsuit filed against Diddy outlines a sequence of graphic and troubling allegations that, if true, expose an unsettling side of the rapper's private gatherings. According to the accuser, in September 2020, he went to an event that was billed as an invitation-only, unheard-of listening session of Notorious Biggie material being released. But according to the accuser, it turned into a drug-filled scene being held in a warehouse allegedly containing Biggie's clothes and memorabilia in Los Angeles.
It is also stated in the complaint that Diddy pressured him and the other individuals present to use ketamine, making the storage facility a scene out of control, where individuals were allegedly intoxicated and having fits in the memorabilia of Biggie. The plaintiff alleges that Diddy also, at one time, made fun of the legacy of the late rapper by throwing a semen-stained garment on his knees and laughing as he added, "RIP Biggie" before storming out.
The filing also revives the case, which the man claims happened several years ago, in 2005, when Diddy, allegedly, forcefully pushed his genitals into his face and forced him to perform a s*xual act. He also says he was left alone with Diddy at the warehouse gathering, where he alleges that Diddy pulled up pornography on his cell phone, took one of Biggie's shirts, and began m*sturbating in broad daylight.
In the suit, Diddy reportedly told him to complete the act, at which point, Diddy ejaculated on the shirt, without giving him a chance to do anything himself. In addition to these direct assertions, the man goes on to blame Diddy for entailing years of intimidation, manipulation, and abuse of power in the closed private industry circles where fortune, drugs, and power unite.
Diddy is now being sued on grounds of s*xual battery and also on intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other damages.
Diddy and his representatives are yet to provide any statement to date, but the lawsuit is another in a list of questions over the rapper, who has endured other legal tussles and publicity pitfalls in recent years, compounding his formerly invincible public image.
As this case goes on, the new claims add to the many lawsuits and charges that have already hurt Diddy's image.
As court dates keep coming and more people step forward, the effect on his work, businesses, and public image will likely get bigger, keeping his legal problems in the news for a while.
By July 2025, Sean Diddy Combs is in the process of recovering reputational loss after a significant criminal conviction and tens of civil lawsuits that remain ongoing in court. In early July, a federal jury convicted him on two counts of transporting people across state lines to do prostitution but acquitted him on more serious conspiracy to racketeer and s*x trafficking.
He is currently imprisoned, having been arrested in 2024, and he will remain there until his sentencing on October 3, 2025. District attorneys are requesting a multi-year punishment, and his lawyers are attempting to receive the shortest sentence possible and accept the time he has been serving.
Diddy, in addition to the criminal case, also faces more than 50 civil lawsuits, which contain allegations of r*pe, s*xual assault, non-consensual drugging of people, and abuse of his position in the world of music to intimidate or neutralize alleged victims.
Such allegations apply to events as far back as the 1990s, 2000s, when some claim to have occurred. The suit filed by singer Cassie Ventura was one of the high-profile cases that finally got subsumed in 2023, and a lot more are still making headlines in courthouses.
The Diddy team has not yet issued any conclusive statements regarding these cases. His legal troubles are likely to last months or years between the jail term that he will serve and the civil claims seeking huge reparations.
