Amanda Bynes is ready to return to TV, but only for a specific project — a reboot of her hit early aughts sitcom What I Like About You.

In an interview with TMZ, the actress revealed that after years out of the spotlight, she is "very interested" in reviving What I Like About You. "I think it's a great idea to reboot the show," she said, before noting that she hasn't yet spoken about the idea with former co-stars Jennie Garth and Leslie Grossman.

"I miss them and would love to work with them again," added Bynes. "I don't miss acting but I loved this show, so I'd be down to return to acting for this revival."

What I Like About You ran for four seasons on The WB from 2002 to 2006. The sitcom starred Bynes and Garth as two sisters living together in a New York City apartment, and Grossman as a close friend.

Fans have rallied behind Bynes throughout her years-long struggle to terminate her conservatorship and would likely love to see her return to the small screen. It seems Bynes feels the same: "It would be a great experience to continue the show," the actress said.

What I Like About You is available to stream on HBO Max.
