Megan Thee Stallion excitedly unboxed Labubu dolls in a TikTok video. On July 14, 2025, the rapper shared a seven-minute-long unboxing video. She was sitting on her boyfriend, NFL player Klay Thompson's lap, as she opened the boxes. Megan shared that the dolls were a gift from her new beau.

"I cannot believe my man got me these Labubus!" she said.

The TikTok video has now been deleted. However, the user @DailyLoud reuploaded it on X.

The video has garnered a mostly negative reaction from netizens, with some criticizing the Labubu trend and others slamming the couple.

One user (@ih8teithere_) criticized the rapper, saying at 30, getting excited over Labubu was "cringe."

They also compared Megan Thee Stallion to Nicki Minaj, who excitedly opened a gift from Chanel in July 2018, which then went viral on social media, prompting netizens to mock her.

Some netizens compared the Labubu dolls to Bratz and Beanie Babies, saying the trend will pass soon.

"Don't get my girl is crazy about them things reminds me of a Beanie Baby f**ked a telly tubby," one netizen wrote.

"These dolls are so ugly stop trying to make them the new BRATZ," another netizen wrote.

"The people old enough to have lived through Beanie Babies know where this is going," another X user added.

Some netizens were seemingly upset with Megan Thee Stallion's TikTok video, as they claimed the rapper doesn't have "authenticity."

"30 years old screaming about a doll. Klay get out now before you end up in prison too," one netizen wrote.
