Harry faces Helena’s parents during Love Island UK family visits

Love Island UK aired its latest episode on July 29, 2025, on ITV2 and ITVX, featuring the highly anticipated family visits.

As the Islanders near the final stages of their journey, emotions ran high with parents, siblings, and relatives entering the villa to reconnect and offer their thoughts on the relationships forming inside.

The episode highlighted several key reunions, including Helena’s emotional meeting with her parents, Jasmine and Phil, who finally got a chance to confront Harry.

Her father asked directly if the relationship was genuine, to which Helena responded,

“From my end, it was so genuine and so real.”

When comforted by her mother, Helena replied,

“He’s not the prize.”

Alongside Helena’s moment, other Islanders received guests from home. Angel’s mother expressed relief that she was no longer with Harry, and Megan’s mum noted how happy her daughter looked with Conor.

However, not every visit was smooth, Toni felt uneasy after meeting Cach’s family, while Dejon had a heartfelt revelation to share with Meg.

Later, a challenge called Couple Goals stirred tension among the Islanders as they openly judged each other’s connections. Accusations of being “fake” and personal remarks led to fresh conflict between multiple couples in Love Island UK.

Helena reunited with her parents, Jasmine and Phil, in an emotional moment. Her father didn’t hold back, asking her, “Is it the real deal what’s been going on?” Helena insisted that her feelings for Harry were genuine.

Harry later approached her parents and said,

“I just wanted to come and say to you both in person – I apologize for a lot of my behavior towards your daughter.”

Phil acknowledged his presence with, “Ah, the man himself,” but their full reaction was not shown.

Meanwhile, Angel’s mum told her she was “glad you swerved Harry” and asked if it was too soon to invite Ty for Sunday dinner. Ty’s mum complimented Angel, calling her “stunning.”

Conor reunited with his cousins, who joked about how close Megan lived to them. Megan’s mother said, “You look very, very happy.”

Blu’s parents also visited in Love Island UK. His dad Reza joked, “You got rejected twice,” while his mum added, “You got pied.” Family members played an important role in encouraging or questioning the Islanders’ decisions, giving everyone a moment to reflect on their time in the villa.

Challenge sparks conflict as Islanders question each other’s relationships in Love Island UK

Later in this episode of Love Island UK, the Islanders took part in a challenge called Couple Goals, where they were asked to vote on various relationship-based questions.

It was hosted by Meg and Dejon, who read prompts like “Which couple is the most fake?” and “Which couple would you not want to go on a city break with?”

Tension rose when Blu and Helena picked Harry and Shakira for the city break question in Love Island UK. Blu explained, “Harry might want to wife swap again,” upsetting Harry, who said, “You’re better than that.” Things escalated when Harry and Shakira voted Blu and Helena as the most fake couple. Helena called their choice “a cop out.”

Harry defended himself, saying,

“After the conversation we had this morning and for you to say you don’t want to go on a break because I’m going to wife swap, I think it is extremely fake.”

Blu replied,

“You’ve done it five times.”

Toni and Cach selected Meg and Dejon as the most fake couple, with Toni expressing that the pair hadn’t always acted like true friends. In response, Meg and Dejon chose Harry and Shakira.

Meg explained that Shakira had made several hurtful comments toward her, despite her efforts to be supportive.

After hearing their names mentioned, Shakira turned to Harry and said that the gloves were off now.
