In episode 8 of Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service, titled Callahan’s Part 2, Gordon Ramsay returned to Callahan’s Seafood Bar & Grill in Frederick, Maryland.

He had previously walked away, unsure if the restaurant could be saved. But after hearing from insiders Elise and Brittany, who wanted to support their sister Anika, Ramsay gave it another try.

He first dealt with kitchen hygiene issues and changed some staff roles. Then, he took the sisters to a nearby park for a bonding activity—building a bench in memory of their father.

He also held private talks with them to address emotional and business struggles.

Back at the restaurant, Ramsay helped simplify the menu and coached Anika through a test run.

At first, she took instructions through an earpiece, but later she had to manage on her own. Hell’s Kitchen finalist Sammi Tarantino visited secretly to see how Anika handled things.
