    Rapper Dave Blunts, who previously collaborated with Kanye West, slammed 50 Cent in a new diss track. Taking to his Instagram on Monday, July 21, 2025, Blunts shared a preview video of the song.

    The post included a video of himself rapping to the track, saying:

    "Curtis Jackson wanna diss me, n**ga must be smoking on Fif. Heard ya baby mama caught a gunshot, nine times, that's 50 Cent/ And I just got in the rap game but I'm 'bout as big as it gets."

    Curtis Jackson is 50 Cent's real name. Blunts also called Fif an "olf n**ga" in the track.

    Blunts' post was a response to 50's recent post calling out Kanye West, which featured a jab at the former's weight.

    Dave Blunts, whose real name is Davion Blessing, hails from Davenport, Iowa. He rose to fame in November 2024 when videos of him performing while using an oxygen tank went viral on TikTok. According to Hot New Hip Hop, he did so due to his chronic health struggles. In early 2025, Kanye West announced collaborating with the musician on his upcoming album, CUNK.

    It all began last weekend, when Dave Blunts caught a stray from 50 Cent as he called out Kanye West. Sharing a picture of the Iowa native, Fif joked that he would push him down a flight of stairs, writing:

    "Ye this ya manz? If I catch him im pushing down the stairs."

    While it remains unclear why 50 was trolling Kanye, the latter has been a vocal supporter of his rival, Diddy.

    Notably, Blunts has been on a weight loss journey after a hospitalization in February. At the time of his discharge, the rapper shared a video of him being wheeled out (with an oxygen tank). He captioned the post:

    "DEMON HOME." First Day Out Last Day In I'm never going back to the hospital!"

    Around that time (March 2025), West took to his X to reveal he wanted Blunts to connect with his personal trainer. The Donda artist's post included a screenshot of a text conversation with Dave Blunts asking the latter if he could introduce the two. Blunts replied, "Let's do it."

    In response to 50 Cent's post, Dave Blunts fired back with a scathing IG upload of his own. Referencing Fif's 2011 film All Things Fall Apart, which generated a mixed response. Notably, Jackson shed over 50 pounds for the role, which saw him play a man with cancer.

    Sharing a screenshot of Fif's emaciated look, he wrote:

    "@50cent I been going to the gym and been locked in on my health journey the world is watching me lose weight but you lost all that weight for that weak ass movie and nobody watched that shit."

    In his diss track, Dave Blunts called out 50's ex-partner and the mother of his child, Daphne Joy. He rapped:

    "Heard ya baby mama eat excrement, heard your baby mama eat poop."

    He also suggested that Fif was not going respond to his diss because he did not want any "drama."

    It is worth noting that 50 Cent has since deleted his Instagram post trolling Blunts. He has also not publicly reacted to the latter's post or diss track.
