Enter the World of the Magical Grisha in Netflix's Shadow and Bone Teaser

Shadow and Bone is the highly anticipated Netflix adaptation of Leigh Bardugo's young adult science-magic fantasy novels, and this is just the kind of teaser you get for something like that — a magical animal, ominous music, and an out-of-context quote.

The story centers around the Grisha, the magical elite of a world cleaved in two by a massive barrier of perpetual darkness, and young Alina Starkov, a soldier who enters the Grisha's world and begins to train with them. 

Shadow and Bone premeres April 2021 on Netflix.
