Trevor Noah Shows Off His Presidential Impressions in the Trailer for I Wish You Would

The soon-to-be former Daily Show host is kicking off a new chapter of his career with a Netflix comedy special.
  • Trevor Noah is back with a new Netflix special.

In the first trailer for I Wish You Would, the soon-to-be former host of The Daily Show posits that all one needs to win a United States election is a "strange voice". He then shows off impressions of John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Donald Trump.

Per the official synopsis, the special will see Noah share "revelations about learning to speak German, modern communication, and his love for curry."

Noah will soon depart The Daily Show after over seven years of hosting, having surprised many viewers when he revealed he was done anchoring the Comedy Central series back in September. His last day as host of The Daily Show is Thursday, December 8.

I Wish You Would marks Noah's third comedy special with the streamer, following 2018's Son of Patricia and 2017's Afraid of the Dark. Noah recently announced he would be embarking on a world tour, beginning with some 28 cities in the United States in early 2023.

Trevor Noah: I Wish You Would debuts on Netflix November 22.
