Apple TV+ just got a little pricier.

The streaming service - as well as Apple Music and the Apple One bundle - will increase its monthly and annual cost. Apple TV+ will go from $4.99 to $6.99 monthly and will now cost $69.99 yearly. This 40% spike marks the first time Apple TV+ has increased its price since its inception. Apple One, a bundle plan that combines video and music streaming with cloud services, games, and more, will increase from $14.95 to $16.95 monthly.

Apple TV+ launched "at a very low price because we started with just a few shows and movies," the streamer said in a statement. "Three years later, Apple TV+ is home to an extensive selection of award-winning and broadly acclaimed series, feature films, documentaries, and kids and family entertainment from the world’s most creative storytellers."

Home to award-winning original series like Ted LassoThe Morning ShowSeverance, and more, Apple TV+ first launched in November 2019.

The price increase goes into effect today.
