The documentary, featuring interviews with Turner herself and never-seen-before footage, charts her rise to early fame, her professional and personal struggles and her resurgence during the 1980s. The documentary will also feature interviews with Oprah Winfrey and Angela Bassett, who played Turner in the 1993 feature film What's Love Got to Do with It.
