Netflix orders a TV adaptation of LGBTQ graphic novel Heartstopper

Alice Oseman's graphic novel series originated on Tumblr and Tapas, and now it's headed to the TV screen. Heartstopper "tells the story of Charlie and Nick, who become friends at an all-boys school in Kent and quickly discover a romance blossoming between them," per The Wrap. "As they fall head over heels for each other, they realize there is a strong community of allies and friends around them who help them to embrace their authentic selves, but also teach them there is no 'right way' to come out."
