Mary Cosby is the second Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star to get in trouble with the law this year

Cosby was recently charged with unlawfully providing shelter to a runaway and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She pleaded not guilty to both counts on June 28 and has been ordered to appear in court for a pre-trial conference on Aug. 12. Cosby's legal troubles come months after castmate Jen Shah was arrested on federal fraud charges.
