Hailee Steinfeld to star in an Apple comedy playing acclaimed 19th century poet Emily Dickinson

Dickinson will mark the former Oscar-nominee's first regular TV series role. According to Variety, "the series is described as a comedic look into Dickinson’s world, exploring the constraints of society, gender, and family from the perspective of a budding writer who doesn’t fit in to her own time through her imaginative point of view."
