Apple TV+ announces The Line, its first combination podcast/TV series

The Line will be comprised of two true-crime series: a podcast, premiering today, focusing on Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher, who was charged with committing war crimes after he had posed for a photo with a corpse in Iraq and later pardoned by President Trump. The TV version of The Line premieres this fall. Apple says both series will examine “the complicated realities involved with fighting a decades-long war, stripping back the layers surrounding Gallagher’s alleged crimes."
