Khaby Lame left the US in June 2025, and the news was made public on June 6, 2025. Internet personality Bo Loudon tweeted soon after that he was supposedly involved in the Senegalese-Italian influencer's alleged deportation.
Bo Loudon is an influencer with nearly 350,000 followers on Instagram and over 220,000 followers on X. He claimed to be close friends with Donald Trump's son, Barron Trump. He also shared pictures with the father-son duo on his Instagram.
Calling Khaby an "illegal alien," he claimed that he worked with the US Department of Homeland Security and reported Khaby to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
"Meet far-left TikTok star "Khaby Lame." He's an ILLEGAL ALIEN! I've been working with the patriots at President Trump's DHS to make this happen. He was just ARRESTED in Vegas and is in ICE CUSTODY!" Loudon tweeted.
In a recent appearance on The Digital Social Hour podcast, Bo Loudon shared that he knew some people who allegedly worked closely with Khaby Lame, and they informed him that Khaby had allegedly overstayed his Visa.
Loudon then alerted a "friend" at Homeland Security. He also told the podcast's host, Sean Mike Kelly, that ICE had warned the influencer. However, Khaby seemingly ignored the orders. According to a CBS News report from June 11, 2025, ICE did not deport Khaby Lame, and he left the country voluntarily after being warned by the Trump administration.
"I had some buddies who worked closely with him on several major contracts and things. They were all telling me that there's several red flags with this guy. He admitted that he was in the country illegally on an expired Visa and entered the country like 49 times. I just flagged it to a buddy of mine in the administration at Homeland Security," Bo Loudon said.
After the news of Khaby's departure from the US was reported, a spokesperson from ICE told Associated Press that the influencer had to leave because he "overstayed" his Visa.
"US Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained Seringe Khabane Lame, 25, a citizen of Italy, June 6, at the Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada, for immigration violations. Lame entered the United States on April 30 and overstayed the terms of his visa," the spokesperson said.
On June 12, 2025, Paulo Eduardo Dias Junior, a city councilman from São Paulo, Brazil, told AP News that the influencer had come to Brazil to live with his friends. Khaby was reportedly staying with Emerson Royal, a professional football player who plays for AC Milan and the Brazil national team.
The TikToker has continued to create content on social media and has not discussed leaving the US. According to the media outlet, Khaby Lame also holds Italian citizenship, as his parents moved to Italy after he was born.
For the unversed, Khaby Lame has over 160 million followers on TikTok and more than 80 million followers on Instagram. He went viral during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, his comedic videos went viral on several social media platforms.
