In an interview with Parade on June 7, 2025, 90 Day Fiancé star Rob Warne opened up about his separation from Sophie Sierra and how he's navigating life after their split.

Reflecting on his efforts to save the marriage, Rob said:

“I mean I did everything I could to hold on to that marriage and I still was left standing with nothing. So what’s best for me is to move on.”

He confirmed that their marriage had been unstable for much of the time they were legally together, stating that although they were married for two years, they were only together for about a year and a half. Rob shared that after the Last Resort, they spent almost eight months apart before he appeared on Hunt for Love.

Discussing Sophie’s current status, Rob mentioned she now holds a 10-year green card. He also addressed public speculation about her family’s wealth, denied financial involvement from them, and criticized Sophie's mother for not being supportive.

90 Day Fiancé star Rob Warne opened up about the difficult reality behind his relationship with Sophie Sierra. While they were married for two years, Rob clarified that they weren’t together for most of it. “In total, I was alone for almost two years,” he shared, adding that the emotional distance began long before the legal divorce.

After their appearance on The Last Resort, Rob said nearly eight months passed before he joined Hunt for Love. During that time, he was already navigating life without Sophie.

“Once it was like, you know, Sophie isn’t the way I can go and that’s not going to happen… I was ready to move on,” he explained.

He reflected on feeling unsupported in the relationship and shared that much of the emotional effort came from his side.

“The reality is that even though I was married for like two years, we were together for maybe a good year and a half of that time where we weren't actually together,” he said.

90 Day Fiancé star Rob also spoke about how he feels now. Instead of holding on to the past, he wants to focus on finding a better relationship with someone who shares his values. He said it’s best for him to move on and is open to a new beginning. While he didn’t clearly say what caused the distance in their marriage, he suggested that ongoing problems and a lack of stability were part of it.

90 Day Fiancé star Rob addresses Sophie’s visa and denies financial help from her family

Rob also discussed Sophie Sierra’s immigration status following their split. He confirmed that Sophie now has long-term approval to stay in the U.S., adding that as far as her visa is concerned, she was "good for 10 years." He explained that after receiving a two-year visa, she went back and secured a 10-year green card.

“She got the 10-year green card… she went back and she ended up getting it because she’d already spent two years,” he shared.

When asked whether Sophie planned to return to England or stay in the U.S., 90 Day Fiancé star Rob said he believed she wasn’t going anywhere. Even though they’re divorced, he thinks she will likely remain in the country.

Rob also responded to public comments about Sophie’s family being wealthy. While many viewers assumed she came from money, he disagreed. He said that just because someone says they have money, it doesn’t always mean they can offer anything real. He also made it clear that her family never helped financially during their relationship.

“Whatever money there is or isn’t… has never paid a dime towards Sophie and I’s relationship,” Rob stated.

90 Day Fiancé star Rob also shared his thoughts about Sophie’s mother, stating that she wasn’t wealthy and, in his view, lacked the ability to make, manage, or spend money responsibly.
