The last Semifinals course put competitors through their paces with ten obstacles: Quad Steps, Lunatic Ledges, Crank It Up, V Formation, Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder, Log Runner, Corkscrew, The Dungeon, and Invisible Ladder. This lineup pushed athletes to their limits, testing both body and mind.

From this group, six competitors completed the full course in under six minutes, including Jay Lewis (3:54.99), Jackson Erdos (4:01.20), and Ben Behrends (4:16.79).

Others who cleared the course included Noah Meunier, Josiah Pippel, Matt D’Amico, Amir Malik, Jason Behrends, and James McGrath.

Some Ninjas advanced despite not finishing the full course, depending on how far they reached and how fast. Joe Moravsky and Lucas Reale, for example, both made it to the Invisible Ladder with strong times.

Christian Hart, Jamie Rahn, and Spencer Johnson reached The Dungeon, while five others, including Abby Clark and Kenzie Hughes, fell at the Corkscrew.

This final group from Week 3 completes the bracket heading into the American Ninja Warrior finals. These Ninjas will now compete in a head-to-head tournament format where speed and precision will decide who advances.

Finals format and what’s next in season 17 of American Ninja Warrior

As 60 Ninjas gear up for the American Ninja Warrior Season 17 Finals, they'll face a new challenge: a bracket-style setup. In this format, athletes will race against each other, with the faster one moving forward.
