The upcoming Hulu documentary WeWork: Or the Making and Breaking of a $47 Billion Unicorn explores how the company somehow became a multi-billion dollar global phenomenon when, as we hear in this trailer, "for God's sake, they were renting f**king desks."

The transformation of co-founder Adam Neumann from a guy running an office-design start-up to a guy who was essentially a corporate cult leader is explored by those who were fooled by his promises and are still wondering how it all happened.
