Dave Chappelle Was a Newborn Baby in His First-Ever Letterman Appearance

  • In the new season of My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Dave Chappelle talks with David Letterman about his first ever appearance on his long-running late-night show. (notably not the first time he was scheduled, because Chappelle revealshe got bumped that time for not dressing well enough).

Thanks to Letterman archivist Don Giller, we can actually see Chappelle's first appearance from The Late Show with David Letterman on CBS back in 1994, a week before his 21st birthday. He looks incredibly young, but remarkably sounds almost exactly the same.
