Tyler Sanders, star of Just Add Magic: Mystery City, died Thursday at the age of 18.
Sanders' agent, Pedro Tapia, confirmed the news in a statement to TMZ but did not provide details about the young actor's death. However, Tapia noted that Sanders died in his Los Angeles home, and there will be an autopsy performed in the coming days.
"Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future," Tapia said. "He comes from a wonderful family, and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time."
Sanders played Leo in Prime Video's Just Add Magic in 2019, before landing a starring role in the 2020 spinoff series, Just Add Magic: Mystery City. He also played Young Jake Otto in an episode of AMC's Fear the Walking Dead, and guest starred in episodes of 9-1-1: Lone Star and The Rookie.
