Daily Show Supercut Exposes Conservatives Using KKK Talking Points

In the clip, recent comments from prominent Republicans match comments from KKK members almost verbatim.
  • The Daily Show compared today's conservatives to some of the most infamous racists in American history, creating a supercut of recent comments from right-wing voices alongside comments made by Ku Klux Klan members.

The supercut features clips of former president Donald Trump, GOP members Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert, Fox News host Tucker Carlson, and other notable Republican figures and commentators making statements that match nearly word-for-word those made by prominent KKK members, including David Duke.

The two groups speak openly of Christian nationalism, white Americans being "second-class citizens," "handouts" for "illegal immigrants," the growth of the non-white population, and alleged racial discrimination against white people.

The Daily Show with Trevor Noah airs weeknights at 11:00 PM ET on Comedy Central.
