Chili's Grill & Bar restaurants has a wide footprint globally. With services offered in over 30 countries, as reported by AmbitionBox, the renowned restaurant chain has become increasingly popular worldwide, from Asia to North America.

Recently, Chili's announced an interesting launch of its cowboy boots under the "Booth Boots" collection. According to a Dexerto report, the iconic red boots did not last on the website for even an entire minute. The boot range sold out in under 60 seconds, setting a record.

The "extremely limited" collection of striking red boots was introduced as a result of a collaboration with Tecovas, a popular cowboy boot retailer based in Texas.

Earlier this month, on July 22, the world-famous restaurant brand confirmed that the all-new collection of cowboy boots, every pair costing $345, was curated using "genuine Chili’s Booths."

Everything we know about Chili's selling out the limited range of cowboy boots

The American restaurant chain joined hands with Tecovas to unveil a fascinating collection of cowboy boots. The most captivating part is the inclusion of red booths in the making procedure. Chili's is widely known for its vibrant red booths and aesthetics, and the same material used for the restaurant booths has reportedly been incorporated for the new "Booth Boots".

In a conversation with USA Today, Chili's Vice President of Marketing, Jesse Johnson, clarified the confusion of using red booths for making these boots. Setting things straight, Johnson explained that the booths have not been directly used to craft these limited-edition choices. Instead, the red vinyl used for these boots is exactly the same as that used in designing the famous booths in Chili's restaurants.

In an innovative partnership with Tecovas, the Larry Lavine-founded restaurant released a limited collection of boots for both men and women, as confirmed by Dexerto. The range for men featured chili pepper stitching on Garrett snip-toe cowboy boots, as per PR Newswire. For women, Tecovas' best-selling Annie cowgirl boots were adorned with chili pepper tonal stitching detail, snip toes, and deep scallop heels. Launched on July 29, 2025, exclusively on the official website of Tecovas, each boot featured the deep-red Chili's leather.

The partnership was not just restricted to selling iconic red boots. Instead, the brands also collaborated to launch "Booth Belts." The handcrafted accessories have been designed with chili pepper embroideries and a brass buckle with a matte-textured nickel touch.

According to a report by Men's Journal, Tecovas' website describes the captivating boot range as,

"Rooted in Texas with a flair for the bold, only Chili’s x Tecovas could bring you the Booth Boots."

According to Chili's and Tecovas, both boots and belts reflect their history, legacy, and connection with Texas for years. Also, the pieces have been made to offer comfort to customers, along with a Texas-style statement.

On July 22, 2025, Tecovas' Vice President, Brand and Product Marketing, Sam Fodrowski, released an official statement on its new range of cowboy boots and belts in a partnership with Chili's, noting,

"Our collaboration with Chili's is a celebration of our Texas roots and shared love for comfort, hospitality, and making people feel welcome."

Explaining how the designs pay homage to their roots, as PR Newswire cited, Sam further continued:

"The limited-edition Chili's x Tecovas collection pays tribute to two American originals, pairing the design and craft of Tecovas with Chili's iconic red booth, where so many good stories begin. It's unexpected, fun, and crafted with the same care and attention to detail we bring to everything we do."

The outlet also reported Jesse Johnson, Chili's Vice President of Marketing, speaking about the exclusive launch. Jesse opened up about Chili's x Tecovas, stating:

"There's no place our guests would rather enjoy a Triple Dipper or frozen margarita than a red Chili's booth. We thought it would be fun to celebrate this familiar piece of the Chili's experience by turning it into something truly unexpected for our fans. Our new friends at Tecovas have been the perfect partners in bringing this wild idea to life with their handcrafted boots now reimagined with our booth material."

As of now, there are no official updates on whether Chili's and Tecovas will unveil these much-talked-about red cowboy boots again. Categorized as a limited-edition collection, only a select number were dropped on the official website, which sold out instantly in seconds. Men's Journal confirmed that the American retailer of cowboy boots and Western-style apparel website featured the bright red boots and the entire range as "once they're gone, they're gone."

However, there is a chance for two lucky people to get their hands on these exclusive boots. Tecovas is all set to launch a fun collection at a few stores in select locations. Scheduled to be hosted on August 2, visitors above 21 years of age will be served Chili’s margaritas and offered memorable experiences to cherish, only for a limited period. Along with Chili's, the retailer brand has also conducted an exciting giveaway. The free gifts for selected people feature a men’s size 11 cowboy boot, a women’s size 7 boot, and a $100 Chili’s gift card with both.
