True Lies, the action-drama inspired by James Cameron's film of the same name, has a premiere date.

Starring Steve Howey (Shameless) and Ginger Gonzaga (She-Hulk), the series "follows Harry (Howey), a first-class international spy for U.S. intelligence agency Omega Sector, and his wife, Helen (Gonzaga), a language professor bored with her daily routine, who makes the shocking discovery that her seemingly ordinary husband is leading an extraordinary double life."

Erica Hernandez, Omar Miller, Mike O’Gorman, Annabella Didion, and Lucas Jaye are also set to star in the series, which comes from McG (The O.C.SupernaturalChuck).

Cameron's hit 1994 action-comedy film starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis as the Taskers, and went on to gross some $378 million worldwide at the box office.

True Lies premieres on CBS Thursday, February 23, 2023, and will move to Wednesdays the following week.
