Kimmel's ABC late-night show topped NBC's The Tonight Show for the first time, with 1.75 million viewers to Jimmy Fallon's 1.54 million. However, Fallon edged out Kimmel for second place behind Stephen Colbert in the 18-49 demo. Meanwhile, even though Late Night with Seth Meyers topped The Late Late Show with James Corden, the gap between the two 12:30 a.m. shows is closing.
