Senior citizens may get their own Bachelor

During a commercial break for Monday's The Bachelor episode, ABC flashed a casting call for a potential dating show for seniors. "Are you entering your golden years and looking for romance?" said the casting page for the potential series. "The Producers of The Bachelor are looking for active and outgoing single men and women IN THEIR GOLDEN YEARS for a new exciting dating show! Applicants must be legal U.S. residents; other eligibility requirements apply. If you are A SENIOR CITIZEN ready for a committed relationship apply today." Meanwhile, ABC reality chief Robert Mills on Twitter urged Bachelor Nation to "give us your Grumpiest Old Men, give us your Goldenest Girls," adding: "To be clear, this is 65+." The potential series, which is in the exploratory stages, would be the latest spinoff in The Bachelor franchise, following the music-themed The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart.
