Peacock is developing How to Survive Inglewood, a Black teen comedy

Real Husbands of Hollywood co-creator Chris Spencer is teaming with Grown-ish writer Chad Sanders on the potential series, which follows Black teenagers "trying to get through the absurd, treacherous, and embarrassing obstacles that come with adolescence," per Deadline. "After moving from the suburbs to Inglewood, the Sanders family will find that teenage years are universally magical, confusing, scary, and hormonal, but in this new environment, the emotional swings are crazier because the stakes are higher."
