Megyn Kelly's exit negotiations are hung up on money and an NDA clause

Kelly is resisting the NDA, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which adds: "Sources say the talks naturally slowed somewhat over the weekend, but ramped up again on Monday. Among the issues the sides are haggling over: money and a non-disclosure and non-disparagement clause." Meanwhile, NBC News chairman Andy Lack is resisting giving her a hefty payout on her $69 million contract. “A lot has changed in the last year and this isn’t looking like a ‘Here’s your check, let’s call it a day’ resolution now,” an NBC source tells Deadline. Another source tells Deadline that the blackface incident "crossed a line for us and no one wants to reward what was unacceptable behavior by Megyn or anyone else."
