Longtime Bachelor executive producer Elan Gale is departing the show

Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss shocked Bachelor Nation when he announced Gale is no longer with the franchise.  "Can’t comment on why @theyearofelan is no longer part of #TheBachelor team, but we wish him the best in all his future endeavors," Fleiss tweeted. Gale, who has been with The Bachelor for 10 years, made headlines in 2013 when his epic "Note War" on a Thanksgiving flight went viral -- which he later revealed was made up.
