Hart appeared on the HBO series with the chart-topping "Old Town Road" rapper Tuesday night in an episode taped before his Labor Day Weekend accident. Hart, who was embroiled in an Oscar-hosting homophobic jokes controversy last December, was slammed on social media for trying to make Lil Nas X's coming out in June as no big deal. But Lil Nas X said he came out to let his fans know his sexual orientation was irrelevant to his music.
