Jake Tapper calls out Republican lawmakers for declining to discuss the El Paso and Dayton shootings

The CNN State of the Union host tweeted the names of eight Republican lawmakers who declined his invitation to speak about the El Paso shooting that killed 20 on Saturday and the Dayton shooting that killed nine this morning. The lawmakers included Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (who appeared on Fox News), Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. ALSO: Neil deGrasse Tyson criticized for "callous" tweet about the two mass shootings.
