Food Network's Big Restaurant Bet will award the winner a $250,000 investment in their own establishment

The six-part series, premiering on Food Network and Discovery+ on April 5, pits eight chefs against one another with the ultimate goal of one getting their own restaurant bankrolled. The winner will partner with restauranteur and TV personality Geoffrey Zakarian to launch their own restaurant. Big Restaurant Bet is similar to Guy’s Chance of Lifetime, in which Guy Fieri handed out a franchise of one of his Chicken Guy restaurants.
