Did a Jeopardy! malfunction cause all three contestants to fail to recognize Tom Hanks?

    All three contestants were unable to answer "Who is Tom Hanks?" when shown footage of the actor as Mister Rogers. But according to Jeopardy! blog The Jeopardy! Fan, a system malfunction might have been to blame, leaving the contestants unable to buzz in.
