Charlize Theron says she has empathy for Megyn Kelly after playing her in Roger Ailes movie

Theron was asked about portraying the former Fox News host, who accused Roger Ailes of sexually assaulting and harassing her. “I didn’t know how complicated her situation was and I think for a lot of people, they didn’t understand why she didn’t just speak up," says Theron, who stars in the film directed by Jay Roach. "She was in a complicated place and as a human being, I have empathy for that.
