It was the WarnerMedia-owned CNN that published a May 2018 article accusing Freeman of inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment. So Freeman's voice narrating the opening video of Tuesday's WarnerMedia presentation left some CNN employees stunned. “It’s disgusting,” one CNN employee tells Variety. “So many of us were scratching our heads in shock, wondering how something like this could even happen.”
