Love Island has had massive ratings this summer in the UK, distinguishing itself from American reality shows like Bachelor in Paradise and Temptation Island with a less formal format that runs 49 episodes with 38 "chiseled" contestants. Love Island UK can currently be seen on Hulu, but an American version is being eyed.
